
TIPRA’s Product / Services Marketing business currently has two main thrusts:
Marketing of Software Development Services in new markets
• Choosing and working with select software development firms from different parts of the world (e.g. India, China, Vietnam, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East): – Assisting them in marketing their software outsourcing services in new markets
• Seeking out firms in need of telecom and/or IT software outsourcing services: – Qualifying their requirements, matching with software outsourcing firms, negotiating / brokering a deal, and managing the ongoing relationships
High-tech Telecom product entry to new markets
• For high-tech telecom products that have been deployed and proven in at least one market: – Assisting with the introduction and entry into select new markets, e.g., a product proven in an Asian market, to be introduced into the U.S. / European market
• Expanding software outsourcing relationships into new market entry / market expansion partnerships: – First, outsource software development to a firm in Asia, for example, and subsequently leverage the same firm for product market entry to Asia
