Regulatory Services and Standards
TIPRA’s global network of telecom experts has been particularly actively involved in regulatory work worldwide. Network members stationed in the US, UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong have a long history of working with the FCC in the US, with European agencies, and with Asian telecom regulators while in various leadership roles with the major telecom carriers. Other experts have participated in setting standards, e.g. for high-speed computer interconnects and photonic packaging.
